As a woman who is over 40, 48 to be exact, I know how much knowledge, value and calmness I can offer to an employer or a client.
After overhearing a conversation last week around hiring a male in his "mid fourties" (the conversation wasn't negative but it was the tone and the vibe) it really hit a nerve in me.
So, I thought I would share 5 reasons to hire a woman over 40 and why it is so good for your business.
Here are the key reasons which I delve deep into in this episode:-
