We also collect some information automatically, such as general website usage data (e.g. which pages are visited), to help us understand how the site is used.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the coaching sessions, programs or products you've purchased
• To send you updates, resources or marketing you've opted in to receive — you can unsubscribe at any time
• To process payments securely (via Stripe) and manage bookings
